Happy ferret!

Received the cage super fast, very big and easy to assemble. Had an issue with a panel missing some welded parts but i communicated with the company and got extremely fast response. They sent me a replacement panel right away witch I received and installed. Now everything is top shape, I love the cage and highly recommend this seller thanks a lot! Me happy and ferret too!

Perfect Rat Cage

This cage was easy to assemble and feels sturdy and durable. The bar spacing is appropriate adult and young adult rats, however baby rats would be able to squeeze through. This cage is nearly perfect for rats. My two female dumbo rats love it.

Not good for rats

Good sturdy cage but don't be fooled, it is not suitable for rats. Rats need 1/2" bar spacing and they can easily slip out of this cage.

Great product for the money, but not suitable for smaller critters

I like the affordability of this product and that it came in a timely manner. However, upon delivery I noticed damage to the outer boxing. Knowing that nothing can be perfect as I work at an warehouse, I dismissed the small flaws on the box.Once I opened the product I saw that everything was in the box, but there was damage to a lot of the panels and doors. The latches didn't line up properly, there is a large gap between the bottom corner and the brace bar.On of the access doors has a broken weld which leaves a sharp edge that can cause some serious damage to someone or some poor critter.The bar spacing is perfect for my guinea pigs. The ramps are extremely slick so they weren't able to get around, but that was easily solved with some tube socks. Now they are all over this cage, happy as can be.Overall, this is a good product. But for something that was ordered brand new, I didn't expect much damage. PawHut is very good in responding if there are issues. I definitely recommend this product, but I couldn't give it more stars simply because of the damage upon arrival.

Used for 6yr old Chinchilla...

I was looking for a cage that I could really reach all the places to clean. I thought the two big side doors would be perfect, which they are! I started out using the ramps, which made a split level (top & bottom.) but I got this cage for my chinchilla, which they love to jump! She has a disability which causes her to only be able to use 3 of her 4 legs. I thought the solid shelves would be safer for her. After a 3 months of use I noticed she started chewing the ramps and so I proceeded to try staggering the shelves and covering the holes with tile blocks. She absolutely loves being able to jump from shelf to shelf. The only downfall is one of the cage legs/wheels started bending making the cage lean. I tried searching the web for a replacement wheel but couldnﾡﾯt find any. So I tried bending it back straight, which didnﾡﾯt really work. I eventually just gorilla glued it to hold it in place. Not sure how long that will hold up. It still looks like the leg/wheel is leaning. Besides that flaw , there hasnﾡﾯt been any other issues.
