Came slightly broken (easy to fix). Very spacious, overall a great product.

My hamster is loving her new cage but you do need to be careful as it is made of wood and so your hamster ( if bored) could bite through and escape. As well as this the two seesaws it came with were stiff and would need to be loosened before use. Overall this product is amazing for hamsters because of the space it brings and therefore I recommend buying it!

Brilliant cage - except for a slight oversight

Whilst this is a nice and roomy cage for a Syrian hamster, what we didn't take into account was that after about a week our hamster got bored of her new cage so one night she chewed a hole and escaped. This was an oversight on our part, but aside from that the cage was easy to put together and liked that I was able to lift the lid and slide the bottom out which made it easy to clean. I am planning on using wood filler where she chewed and repurposing the cage perhaps for a larger animal that might not be able to escape through any chewed hole.

A hamster mansion

The assembly is not hard, everything is lined up and fits how it should. My daughter wanted to paint it so we changed it to blue, and it's easy.

Extremely cheap

I was really excited and now disappointed. This enclosure was missing screws, luckily I had some of my own on hand, was missing screw holes, I literally had to guess and drill holes according to the images on the instructions. Now the mesh wire on the top is half detached. My hamsters escaped. Overall disappointed. Do not buy save your money.

Manufacturing issues

Parts were not complete, there weren't pilot holes for the screws to go into, I had to get out my drill to properly install. It also feels like it will easily break when moved.
