Keeps my hamster healthy and happy wit

The assembly was a bit time-consuming and this hitch is so large that it takes up a lot of space in my apartment, BUT my hamster seems happy and stimulated with the three levels and all the room she now has. It cannot be lifted up as the base is detached, so if I move or something, I think I'll have to disassemble it. Had two damaged pieces in my kit, but they replaced them promptly at no charge to me. Some of the ramps screw holes to keep them in place got a bit worn and started falling off. Could probably be fixed by replacing the screws for larger ones, I imagine.

Arrived quickly but damaged!

The cage arrived within two days of ordering but the food dish was broken into pieces with some pieces not even in the box. There was quite abit of damage to multiple parts of wood, which I have sanded down to prevent injuries to the animal and there was a chip in the glass. Assembling the cage took a little longer due to some screw holes not being lined up or even there at all. Overall the finished product is great, the hamster loves it and I would reccomend!

arrived so quickly , easy to put together
so much room only down side was the door at the bottom is hard to use to clean out but I just made a tiny alteration and swapped the front panel around so now the opening door is at the top and I hinged it at the bottom so it flaps down and this is now a perfect set up for my gerbils , I bought 2 of these and about to buy another

The assembly is not hard, everything lined up and fit how it should. My daughter wanted to paint it so we changed it to the blue, and it's easy.

Tough to build, but good quality (for a hamster)

This is not an easy cage to put together. Have some patience, and a drill definitely helps. But once put together this is a very nice cage. It is pine, but pine wood is NOT a danger to hamsters as some have suggested in other reviews -- although pine SHAVINGS are. Instructions are just images, but it's relatively easy to figure out how to put it together. You're just building a box. Have only had it one night, but it 's big and roomy for my daughter's Syrian. Glad we got it, and I would recommend this if you aren't too worried about building something.

The cage was bigger than I thought. The set up was slight struggle but got it at the end. I have to dwarf hamsters, so they love the room. Would recommend for much larger rodents aswell.
