Chick Coop

This coop was delivered promptly. I, along with my kids, put this together in about an hour. The directions are underwhelming in clarity...but we could follow none the less. This is not going to last a long time, which, I guess is okay. My biggest complaint with this coop is there is no coop door from the run. This means that my chicks are not safe in their coop overnight, because they are still open to the outside. I had to put down hardware cloth surrounding the outside of the coop and devise a door that the chicks can't knock over or open and that predators can't overcome.

The quality is pretty low if it’s going to be out in the rain. Works for what we needed it for.

Don't Waste Your Money

This is not suitable for outdoor use. The material is cheap and the wood cracks when drilling in screws. The tops and sides are made with real estate sign material, and provides very little support. I will have to reinforce with other materials to ensure this coop is safe for my quail. The cage material is not typical chicken wire, but more of a plastic. Pieces of wood came cracked and chipped. Not worth taking apart to send back. This product is nothing like the other products I have purchased from aosom. Cheaply made.

Nice Coop, poor instructions

We had to assemble this by guesswork. The screws were drilled very accurately, a few slightly damaged pieces we could repair. But the instructions were so scant, and printed so lightly we could barely see them. No words, just drawings and only from one direction so details were hard to find. But it's bigger than I expected, can't wait to put my chickies in.
