We got just a bit confused while assembling but that could be because it was all picture instructions with no written
instructions. We are very pleased with the finished product. Lots of room for our Netherland Dwarf bunny!
And, it is quite attractive so easily moved around from room to room.

Works great and good price

Xpens are really only good for dogs that don't test boundaries, so this isn't particularly different from other xpens out there, like Top Paw. However, the price and super quick shipping is what saved the day for me, as I had a medical issue with my Frenchie, who needed to be on crate rest for an extended period. I have this set up around her crate, with bedding, toys and water bowl and that is her house when I am not home to monitor her. Xpens aren't particularly stable on their own, they need to be anchored to something to make them safer for unsupervised use (in this case her crate is the anchor), and only with dogs that will accept them as a boundary. It will not contain a dog that wants out badly enough. It folds up neatly for storage and no assembly is required. I really like that the gate/ door doesn't have a lip as my little dog can't jump.

Great for a Netherland Dwarf

I had been looking for something less messy for our Netherland Dwarf and this cage is awesome! She likes the landing to lounge on or she can hide underneath of it. It¡¯s easy to change the litter in the bottom too, which is always nice. The only con is how the steps connect to the upper level. She drove us nuts going under it and flipping it up, so we ended up removing the steps and she just hops up. Other than that, good quality for the price! I would recommend for smaller animals.

Perfect Design but.....

There is no other bunny cage like this on the market. And I am so glad I found it. Most bunny cages have a wire floor which hurts their hocks but this cage has a smooth plastic floor with ample holes where urine and poop balls can easily fall into and leave the cage and the bunnies clean. Other cages have the litter in the cage with the bunnies which causes them to get dirty which bunnies hate and can cause sores on their hocks. Not a problem with this cage because all the litter is in a slide out drawer that sits under the cage. And its so easy to pull the tray out, dump it in a trash bag, wipe it down or wash it, and slide it right back in. With 3 bunnies, my bunny cage cleaning time has gone from 3 hours to a little over an hour. I literally cant stop singing the praises of this cage. My only complaint is the absence of hay/pellets and water feeders. The good thing is we had our own water feeders from the previous cages but I did have to buy rabbit food feeders and hay feeders to attach to the cages. And since the wires aren¡¯t set like other wire cages, its kind of difficult to find something that will fit seamlessly. We have done some creative work to attach some rabbit food feeders and hay feeders to the cage, but it would be nice for the company to have their own special design feeders that come attached to the cage. That¡¯s my only complaint, which in the grand scheme, can make these rabbit cages the best rabbit cage out there. All other designs are subpar and really dont cater to rabbits and the way they live. So if you have a small bunny, definitely get this cage or create something like this for your little furry one.

This is the best cage ever! Easy to move, clean and still enough room for our medium sized rabbit! We aren't using the ladder, but the shelf works perfectly for our bunny, peaches to stretch out on. She loves her cage and so do we! Flooring lifts out easily, just hose down. Comes clean without a problem. Still plenty of room for food, grass mat and toys. Actually, our cat climbed in the cage and stretched out beneath the shelf while peaches was above. Bunk beds! Haha. Love it!

Happy bunny, happy human

Only had this about a week, but our young bunny LOVES it. It was a vast improvement over the re-purposed dog crate we started with her in.It's much easier to keep tidy with the high sides, and my 10 year old has no trouble at all cleaning the bottom tray all on her own. Best of all, our bunny is very happy and adjusted quickly. She's using her litter box much more reliably now that her droppings are not just all over, when they fall through to the tray, she understands that the litter box is "special" for going potty in.I'm so glad I bought this cage, part of me wants to buy another to stash for when we wear it out, but hopefully that won't be for a long time!

The very best rabbit cage we have had!! We have had other cages that where hard to clean and rabbits would spray over the sides. This one has a deep tray so no mess clean up.
