Still a great concept, but the new lack of adhesive is đź‘Ž CHEEKS

Previously had snap grip 3 or 4, don't remember which but it was amazing and lasted a long time. Bought these new ones because I wanted some new nicer looking ones. But the problem is you CANNOT use them with a case anymore since there's no adhesive. They now suck big time at sticking through a case like other magsafe accessories. The "ease" of swapping out is not worth the loss of how strong the grip was before. Guess I will be using my beat up old Snap (that still can be swapped fine even with the adhesive, I've had it on multiple cases) forever and will be returning my new 2 snaps. A great shame because before that these were the greatest phone accessories ever, IMO. Used to be able to stick my phone to gym equipment, the new design just falls off :( HOW did this design get through testing phases IDK. But it shouldn't have.Probably they want it to come off easily so people will buy 14 of them and swap them out instead of buying just 1. Still, they entirely ruined the best feature of the original design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My shipment got stuck in Chicago. I contacted support and Anne resolved my issue in less than a DAY! Next thing I know...my shipment arrives shortly after. Good product too!

Magnetic grip is great but the connection between the thin metal and the magnet is such a thin plastic I doubt it will last with my clumsy hands. I feel like it needs more substance on the ligaments that hold the two together. I like that it charges through-best feature ever.

I love my snap grip 5! So much! It makes holding my phone more fun! The versatility it has is unmatched by any other grip on the market! It turns my phone into a fidget toy which is amazing! I can use it with one finger or two, which if you haven’t experienced you need to! It’s game changing! I will definitely buy another one for my other phone! The only thing I wish is that they bring the all white grip back! That’s the one I want! But other than that! Literally the only grip I will ever use on a phone again! Did I mention wireless charging through the grip? Yes it does that too! I pop my phone on the fridge as I make breakfast! This thing can’t be beat! Buy your asap!

By far the best phone holder on the market

I've tried every case with a built-in holder, separate magnetic "ring" holders, etc. and they all are thick or cut into your hand/finger. This is my 3rd Oh Snap and it's perfect! I should never have tried the others. It's the thinnest and most comfortable. Plus, the new magnetic design is nice.

Weaker magnets

I bought 2 Snap 5’s recently. I love the fact that its adhesive free, but I was dissatisfied with the strength of the magnets on the 5 compared to the 4. It snaps ahold of any MagSafe phone or case perfectly fine. But when using the mount on the refrigerator, gym equipment, or even the steel racking at my job, my phone easily slides down and just does not have much magnetic strength. This was not an issue with the Snap 4. When I mounted my phone to any metal it stayed put until I removed it.
