I've been using it for about three weeks now. It is a little chunky compared to a normal ring, so it is taking me some time to get used to it, but it isn't uncomfortable. It tracks my sleep very well (it even records your snores), stress level and "energy" (this is just a score based on your activities level, sleep quality, pulse, etc.).
I would recommend this to a friend!

My favorite part altogether is that I get to use it to control my TV by connecting it to the Roku app on my TV! Thank you!
