Poor heat, bad quality

The temperature of the coffee is 160. Not acceptable. Poor taste. Dont buy Kureig. what a dissaointment.

Machine will not descale

My 3 month old machine will not descale. After I press the 8 and 12 ounces buttons and hold them for three seconds, the K light does come on and I press it but it will not start to descale. I called the company for help, and they refused to help me because I told them I was using white water and vinegar and they told me that was why it would not descale and I had to use their solution. I told her that the coffee maker was not intelligent enough to know whether there was descale solution or water and vinegar in it, yet she still refused to help me, and said I had to have descale solution. So now I'm going to have to return the unit to Costco and get a refund because the company will not help me resolve the problem. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they're trying to force everybody to buy their expensive descale solution in order to help you with a problem. For that reason, I will never buy another Keurig ever again.

Keurig K-Supreme plus

Ordered this to replace an older Keurig - Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one, I wanted the supreme plus smart- However this machine works great, the water reservoir is a much needed change, it actually has a handle to lift it, I like the way you can store 3 lots of settings (Strength and Temp) so me and my wife can brew to our own liking. I bought a 3rd party ‘coffee pod’ which works great in the new machine with the 5 jets. However it doesnt like PC branded coffee pods the machine won’t break the top seal. Apart from that good machine at a nice price (on sale $130 ish)
