Great Value - NYC apartment terrace

Bought similar 2 of these this last week to replace ones that had deteriorated after 8 years,
Assembly went well.
Only issues were that one of them is not level with adjustable feet fully extended - will figure out a solution.
The second one is that one of the horizontal plastic wicker "straps" ends right in the middle of the back rest - almost dead center - will have to figure out a way to hold it down while using some crazy glue or other adhesive to keep it pressed against the strap that runs right behind it, since not keen on cutting it an inch shorter so that it disappears against the vertical strap. Pretty sure manufacturer wont send me a repalcement back.

Received my bench with some damage. Very disappointed because it is beautiful and goes perfect with my chairs. Called, sent my receipt of purchase, new bench being sent and keep this one for parts. Thank you!!
