Holes do not Align on Seat Back

I have put together numerous items that require and allen wrench and bolts. The vast majority have properly aligned pilot holes. This unit did not for the seat back. I had to insert a nail into the guide hole to determine how it was misaligned into the pilot hole.
The solution involved tightening one side at a time and using a belt sander to create a chisel point on the bolts so that the misalign holes would catch just enough of the bolt to get threaded. It worked. Extra time involved was over 1 hour.
If this is a design flaw please do not buy this unit. If it was a error in a production run well I guess I just got lucky.

Cute but Not Confident on Longevity of Bench

The bench overall is a nice color and is quite comfortable to sit in. However, how long it will last really concerns me.
Anything "wicker" style will eventually unravel but in order to put this bench together, the holes that are pre drilled by the manufacturer are drilled right through the wicker weave already tearing them and threatening to unravel right from the start. Lining the holes up to put the back rest onto the bench doesn't help the situation either as the holes DO NOT line up and because you cannot see the holes at all, you are at greater risk of drilling through more wicker weave if you are not extremely careful.
Overall we are going to keep this as we needed a replacement of our old one asap and this is the only one we could find that matched the rest of our outdoor furniture. I am so so hoping this will outlive my ecxpectations and be around for a while and does not unravel like I suspect it will. I do like it overall but other than the great possibility of it unraveling fairly quick, I do feel I must forewarn future buyers to grab a second pair of hands when building this as it is not an easy build towards the end when matching up the final holes!

First I really like how light it is which makes it easy to move it to whenever we need it. It’s very comfortable as well; looks nice and it’s easy to install. Glad to have found it.

Good bench for the price

My husband and I just assembled this yesterday and so far so good. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up. The directions say assembly should only take 15 minutes but because many of the screw holes weren't cut straight, it took us closer to an hour. With some finagling we were able to successfully assemble. I sort of worry about hold it'll hold with two adults but time will tell. For the price, it is a nice bench to have on our front porch, but if you're able to, I recommend just spending more on a nicer and sturdier bench.
