Compact and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lexar SL500 SSD is a great option if you are looking for a portable hard drive that doesn't take up alot of space. It is also very easy to carry around in a purse or computer bag, as it does not weigh much at all and it is a very compact size. I love that it comes with a silicone cover that you can attach a lanyard to carry around or hang on a hook. This SSD is very fast, as I tested a large photo album transfer from my phone. It copied over 1,675 photos in under 60 seconds! It is compatible with Android, Apple, & Windows. I found this very easy to use and easy to transfer documents. It connects via a cord that is USB to Type-C. It's very simple to slip into or out of the silicone case. This SSD comes with a magnet within the case and can be used on magsafe phone cases or even your laptop or a desk or wall thanks to them including a magnetic attraction ring on an adhesive. You can just stick it to the side of your computer or desk and the magnetic case holds to the ring. The version I have is a 2TB, which would hold around 400,000 photos that are ~5MB average. So you can store a significant amount of photos. It will also store videos, roughly hundreds of hours based on high-definition / 4K videos. I highly suggest this handy little portable SSD for backing up your precious memories and documents.

Small and effective!

I love the small case that it comes with that is also magnetic which you can attach to your I phone! You can effortlessly transfer information between devices. I absolutely love this device. It was easy to use - there was no need for getting lost in directions.

I have 13 pro max and can’t use cable with my phone . But I can use with my iMac .
So it really helps and need had to everyone . I have kids and my phone full already with photo and video .
