We use this water cooler all. the. time. It's quiet and dispenses both cold and hot water easily - although we love that the hot water has a childproof button to prevent our young children from accidentally dispensing hot water. We really appreciated having the hot water at winter parties - we let guests make hot tea and hot chocolate, and it was easy to serve a lot of people quickly. The stainless steel front is nice and sleek - it looks great in our kitchen along with our other stainless appliances.
