Wow, great product!

This is my first brother product, after doing a little research, we opted for this. Set up was almost too easy. I have it set-up as a wireless printer, for a Win XP, 2 Win Vista, and 1 Win 7 machine(s). No issues setting it up.
Print quality has been flawless, print speed is awesome. Nice sleek, low profile design.
I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new all in one printer. I know Brother will be on the top of my list in the future!
As I said set up was almost too easy, to the point that I thought I did something wrong!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product

This printer does it all, from the start of setting it up on my network, which was easy by the book. To the ease of use of this printer from my laptop or desktop. The fax works great, have not printed any pictures but amsure that will be great too. I would say to anyone, go out and get one you will not be disappointed, great product for the price. And it comes with a 2 year warrenty

I've had this machine for a couple months now seems to work well. I would give it five stars but I'm having an issue with wireless , and the printer did not come with usb cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with the size and "All In One" capability. Runs out of ink much faster then old printer and using it less. Also can't receive voice mail while printer is plugged in but turned off. When first turned on before printing goes through cleaning cycle repeatedly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Multi-Function Station

I purchased my MFC-J415W to replace an older model Brother MFC. The printing unit went out and it was more cost-effective to replace the entire unit than to repair it. It gave me years of trouble-free home use and had long since paid for itself. Thus I had no reservations about purchasing the MFC-J415W. I compared this model with the other similar Brother MFC models and chose the MFC-J415W because of the functions and 2-year warranty. I have had my MFC-J415W for about one year and so far it has functioned perfectly. Another reason I stayed with Brother is because they have what I consider to be the best customer service. Whenever I get stuck, I just pick up the phone and they help me get back on track. Quality, price, and exceptional customer service will keep me coming back to Brother. Keep in mind that I use my MFC strictly for home use. I would imagine the real test of its endurance would be a business application in which it is used constantly throughout each day. I would rate the unit five stars for home use.

Paper jam

Have had the printer for less than a month. Got my first paper jam yesterday - cleared the jam, but the message keeps saying I still have a paper jam, though I've checked the back, front, removed the tray, lifted the lid, and I can't clear the message or do anything else with the printer.... FRUSTRATING
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like Wireless

This is my third Brother MFC Printer, what can I say, I love Brother Printers. We have had this one about a week up and running wireless. I had a little trouble setting up the wireless, had to change the one setting in the router. Have no complaints it is Brother as usual in my household. Ink seems to be holding up well. I love Brother so much I have purchased a small inexpensive Brother Laser printer. I do not have it yet but expect the same quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Printer

I like the fact that I can print wireless from anyplace in the house. This saves me time and also I can share the printer with my son. At times we are doing jobs on the printer and it comes thru with flying colors.
