Very well built set of cookware. Easy to use. People were saying cooking with stainless steel is gonna be a big learning curve.. after using it for a few months. The only difference I’ve noticed was you have to preheat it before adding anything into the pan at all. I have a gas stove and I turned it up to about four. Let it go for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add a fats or oils and then cook away. Nothing sticks and it cleans very easy. It feels so much better to cook with steel versus pans coated with nonstick stuff. Makes me

Amazing quality and the 12 piece a perfect set for our family of 3. Stainless is the way to go and yes it takes a little getting used to at first, but it’s worth it.

These are super - I find the weight to be just right. Plus, excellent on an induction range. Water boils in about 2 minutes and you can see from the bubble that the cookware is heating just right. I would highly recommend these. This set performs as well or better than some much more expensive pans I have.
