[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This very well could be one of the best paring knifes I’ve ever used! It fits comfortably in your hand and glides through a potato like butter. I am a chef so I know a good knife when I handle one. I also peeled a yam which made it a breeze! Check out my pic on the right I also have the 4” paring and the magnet strip!
