I have used Ballarini nonstick pans for five years. I love the even heat conduction and the nonstick surface is superior! I have given them as housewarming gifts for friends and family. Quality product!

Fine durable pans

We discovered these pans 20 years ago while visiting New York and have not been without a set in our kitchen since.
They heat evenly, clean up is a breeze and this is only our second set in over 20 years so they are very durable. The older pans still had life in them and went to the next generation of cooks in our family.

NEVER EVEN PUT IT AWAY

I use this pan every day since I got it. After I wash it out in the sink ( which only takes a few minutes ), I don't even put it away. I just keep it on the stove top. It looks beautiful there. I love my food crispy and caramelized. This pan delivers.

Barely lasted 2 years

We bought these pans because there was a lifetime guarantee and we thought they were a brand to trust. When we purchased them, we were told our metal utensils were fine to use, and the pans were even demonstrated with metal tools.
At first, they were great. We used them several times a day and cleaned up perfectly every time. After the first 3 months, the heat indicators stopped working. We have a gas stove, but each pan has been used on appropriate burners and at low to medium heat. The small pan was first to show wear and tear, and after 2 years the steel is showing from under the coating. The other two skillets followed, leaving black bits of coating in our food.
They didn't last 2 years. I'd definitely not recommend them for anyone. Cheap plastic pans for cheap plastic utensils. And that lifetime warranty doesn't exist. Watch what you buy and double check everything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
