[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister has a Ballarini pan nearing 3 yr old. Used every day, Looks and cooks like new. I purchased this set because any pan that can survive 3 years in that household is one tough pan.

The eased of Cleaning and frying is great as well. What I find task consuming is flipping over small all four sizes with cut up sides.
