Excellent choice, great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased this product it was to replace a much more expensive LeCreuset pan. I could not be happier with the lower cost and excellent cook wear. The durability is outstanding and the non stick surface has not let me down. I use the pan everyday for about 3 years. I would recommend these products.

Inferior to the brand

The Coating comes off.

Great nonstick pans!

I love my cast iron, but these pans are unbelievable performers when it comes to nonstick and quick release. I won't cook scrambled eggs or omelettes on anything else. I bought the tow-pack of 10 and 12" frying pans. The only negative? The pans come packaged together, and the handle of the small pan wore the coating to bare metal on the upper edge of the 12" pan. Should't affect performance, but . . .

Best Non Stick Cookware

I am a novice cook and I am having a lot of success using this cookware. The heat indicator on the handle lets you know when the pan is ready to start cooking your food. The pan even browns meats and poultry without using oil or butter. I've never had such great success making pancakes, eggs, fried potatoes because nothing sticks in this pan. It's super easy to clean..nothing ever sticks. Would buy more from this line.

Frying pans are the best use and best test of a non-stick pan! Whether you're using an 8" for a fried egg or 12" for pan searing fish, a good non-stick surface is invaluable.
The Parma line from Ballarini consistently performs. I test it a few times a year to see if it lives up to expectation. It does. Even much used pans release foods quickly easily.
I like the 10-inch frying pan for hamburgers, grilled cheese and frittatas. The 12" is great for expanding to feed a crowd and a big batch of vegetables when I'm feeling like being healthy. The two pans together can just about meet all my frying needs.

Love this Italian-made cookware!

These two pans are essential in my kitchen. I use the 10" more but it is incredibly easy to hand wash and eggs/pancakes just slide right off! I appreciate the Thermo-point light technology on the handle that turns red when my pan is hot enough to cook on and changes to green when it is cool enough to rinse/clean. These pans teach a home chef to practice great cooking habits and avoid thermal shock to the cookware.

This nonstick coating is like magic. Nothing sticks and it performs well while cooking with or without fat. The PFOA-free nonstick coating has ceramic particles and is scratch resistant even with metal utensils. The thermo point dot tells you when the pan is hot and ready to add your food. You'll never reach for another non stick pan if you have this in your kitchen!
