[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a month since I've purchased my 15" OLED lenovo legion. I can't speak for longevity yet, but so far I'm impressed. Despite a plastic case, it feels solid. I've used it primarily for watching streams and it has been fantastic. I really like the screen! I was a little worried about the gloss, but that hasn't bothered me at all. I was also pleased by the pricing for extended warranty. It wasn't something I considered at all while shopping around, but I figured it was worth dropping a little money for the peace of mind and was glad to see it was affordable. The only thing I really didn't like was how bright the power button light is.. It was blinding at night when I had the screen dimmed and blue light turned down. I was able to find some stickers to cover it that dim a large percentage of life and that made a big improvement. It should have been dimable like the keyboard is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is very clean and fast, with undeniably top-tier hardware. I do not like that the power button has an undimmable light that displays the Legion mode, however, because it is bright and distracting. They should make a feature to turn the light off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good computer overall, but I would say it's not the best in the beginner friendly department. I think it runs everything it needs to run well, but I feel like there were better options. This was my first high-performance laptop, and maybe some of the negative aspects I found are things that are actually normal, but I don't know. Laptops like these get dirty so fast though, like smudges, stuff like that, even though my workplace is clean. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I'll take care of this laptop until I can buy a better one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of the Legion 5 laptops for my sons to use for school and gaming. I am very impressed with the sleek look and sturdy build quality. The new OLED screen looks amazing and the performance of the RTX 5060 has been very solid. The keyboard lighting looks great and the feel is very tactile. We love the slimmer and lighter design of the 15.1" design. The cooling under load is also very good and things never get too hot. The Legion 5 Gen 10 is an amazing gaming laptop for the price and my kids are thrilled to be using them for school and game time.
