Great company, Great product

I got the 40 inch fire pit screen. With 3 little kids, I wanted to enjoy our new firepit without worrying that kids would jump in the fire. Also, they were taking out the safety glass and playing with it.
Installation was easy and the ability to only open half of the fire pit makes it possible to have little kids around a fire pit. With more people, I was able to remove the fire pit with one hand. Well made.
One helpful aside: when the fire pit came, the screen mesh was very dented. Looking at the box, it was because of the negligence of the delivery carrier, not the company. I told them about it and they sent me another one - what great customer service! I asked them to put the fragile sticker and that seems to have done the trick.
Looks great and works well. It's a little pricey, but I think I got a great value - good material, good workmanship, and looking forward to years of peace of mind enjoyment of my fire pit.

Item arrived on time, however the mesh area of the spark screen was bent in multiple places and unable to get it back to original look. I would hope the item was better protected or handled during shipping

I've been buying this item

I've been buying this item for years. They do wear out but that's from the number of fires built in the year. It's large enough to handle my fire pit and works beautifully - easy to open and add more wood and I don't have to worry about sparks.

The fire pit screen is light weight but strong enough not to fly away with the wind. Why I bought this one, is because you can lift up either side of the screen to roast marshmallows. I recommend this screen cover to anyone who is thinking about it.
