Replacement not made to size

1. Like other canopies the shade is made to not last.
2. Replacement canopy shade sold be sunnydaze decor is made larger than its base, thereby, does not stretch tight.
3. I communicated this with the company, instead of taking actions to have replacements made to the size, their action was to second doubt and forehand my observation and experience with their replacement canopy shade,
