Gets the job done with minor drawbacks

The fire pit looks nice and produces a great amount of radiant heat due to the side wall cut outs. The pit sites fairly low and the metal is thin so keep in mind the surface below the pit will get pretty hot. The ring around the pit does is not very solid, and it is best used only as a way to add a buffer zone away from the pit. Only used the pit for 2 burns so far and we were generally impressed

"Bronze" color is misleading

Generally, we are satisfied with our fire pit from Sunnydaze. We were pleased to receive the item in a very timely manner. Our only minor disappointment is the fact that the fire pit is not "bronze." It appears that the unit is essentially an all black model with a few strokes of a bronzy-colored paint here and there. Other than that, the size and cross-ventilation makes for a nice campfire.

Love it!

Love the Large Bronze Crossweave Fire Pit, nice and roomy and since it's open all around you get the warmth all around it.. one problem I have is the small poker that comes with it.. Since it's a larger pit, it should come with a longer poker...

The entire outside ring could

The entire outside ring could not be attached! Really dumb—the pieces aren’t long enough to fit into each other and be fastened. Ridiculous. The pit can still be used and works great.

Enjoyed my first fire!

I used my new fire pit for the first time last evening. I love it. The screen came in very handy because of the wind.

Nice big fire pit, comes with a cover and we ordered a grill to put over it so we can roast oysters. We love it!

Our summer fire pit

Great size, was shipped quickly when a fire pit could not be found at any local store. We have enjoyed it all summer at our beach house.
Only not so good thing is the screen cover is flimsy and the spark screen has come apart, actually, broke apart.

It’s a good size but...

The bowl of this pit is a perfect size but the outer ring around the top edge does not fit securely into the sleeves . So upon picking up the fire pit to bump out the ash, part of the ring pulls out. Argh!!
We did contact the seller but because the photo that I took didn’t illustrate the issue , we didn’t pursue it.
