Stupid memory training makes laptop unusable for hours while battery drains.

Every so often a blue box pops up saying the system requires a restart to perform memory training. Unless you see this the second it comes up (which can be on shutdown) then it freezes and makes the laptop unusable until the battery drains and you can turn it on to activate the pop up command instantly. There no hard reset, no other commands work, just plug as many devices in as possible to speed up the battery drain which still takes a couple of hours. This is a major flaw and needs fixing!
