Great Features - Flexible Interior

I love the top rack for silverware. It allowed me to removed the bottom utensil basket so I could fit larger rectangle baking items for that slot. It's been reliable and it's relatively quiet. The middle rack is adjustable up and down so that made it get stuck so the door wouldn't close. LG sent a replacement drawer. My only complaint is I have to refill the rinse aid almost every time. Perhaps the app which alerts me to refill the rinse aid is the issue and not the dishwasher itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting used to the racks. Have many bowls and we are having a hard time fitting everything in. The IOS App works well with the dishwasher and it seems to clean everything well so far.

I feel that this cleans better than my former dishwasher which was a kitchenaid. It's a learning curve though to figure out the best way to organize the dishes in the racks. I really like that there is a light that illuminates the interior. Genius!

Just started it for the third time since it has been installed. The dishes seem cleaner than with my previous dishwasher that was of another brand. I like the illumination inside, too.

Too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this excited it would be so quiet and have a one hour wash. It is not quiet. It is loud. The water running is loud. It does okay with cleaning, I like the light inside. I am so disappointed with how loud it is. I used to be able to run my dishwasher when people were around it and not hear it. Not this one, I can hear it from down the hall. Extremely disappointed. Should not have spent so much money.
