[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a set of cartridges from a supplier and they would not work in my HP Printer. Come to find out the HP printers have a proprietary chip reader which will not recognize or see my replacement cartridges. So I had to buy a "HP Cartridges" at a higher cost, I am very sad and disappointed with HP. Tell you what to make it fair please send me a complete set of replacement cartridges to make it right. Thanks

I would buy it again. The only caveat is that the ink cartridges are a little expensive. Don't get me wrong....The quality of my printing is superb but I feel the cost for the toner is on the high side.
