Colors are great and consistent. Cartridge longevity is pretty good as well. If it were not so pricey I would give this 5 stars.

Love the ink. The HP ink works wonderfully with the printers designed for them. Beautiful results every time.

The escalation department was very professional and handled every aspect of my concern. Unfortunately corporate policy is hampering my ability to utilize 3rd party toner due to chip incompatibility.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Products are fine. Prices are ridiculous. Buy the cheap reasonably priced printer then prepare to pay through the nose for toner.

The toner works fine, but at the change-over, I lost my wifi connection and cannot get it back.
