Know why this knife constantly out of stock?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because it is a terrific knife. Even at 5.5 inches long this hollow ground santoku knife plays a big role in our kitchen. It does a great job chopping, mincing and otherwise cutting herbs and small vegetables but is sharp enough to cut through meats and other items. I've waited over a month to receive this knife and I'm happy I did. I just love this little workhorse!
