Great Size

This is my all time favorite knife. Use it in place of the traditional 8" chef's knife. Much lighter, easier to handle and sharper. The hollow edge also prevents food from sticking.
Useful for all kinds of cutting, chopping and mincing. Fits in small spaces and stays sharp longer than all the other knives I own. Look forward to using it everyday. Makes prep work so much easier and enjoyable.

Best knife I’ve ever owned!

The weight & balance itself are worth it - then the cutting just seals the deal!
