Powerful tool in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5.5 Santoku Pro knife is my go to for chopping and dicing. Super sharp and a precise cut every time. So worth the purchase. Great addition to the Pro 7 inch chef and Pro 4 inch paring knives which I already have.

Best knife I’ve ever owned!

The weight & balance itself are worth it - then the cutting just seals the deal!
