I really enjoy using this knife as it is very well. Balanced and the small size of 5.5 makes it ideal for cutting things like chicken, small steaks and even some vegetables. The little rivets on the side make the knife not stick to the meat. Which makes things very convenient.

I love this santoku! A must have in every kitchen. Sharp, easy to handle, and versatile. The hollow edge makes it so easy to cut into cucumber and release them from the knife.
