[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first set of zwilling knives is 15years old and the are still been used. I can see them lasting for many more years. I saw the pro set and I'm glad I got them now I can hand my first set to one of my boys.

Great daily knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this knife daily to cut all kinds of food but I really love it for the precision cutting of vegetables. The style of the handle makes it easy to grip and is wonderful for days when I am chopping and dicing a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have small hands and the regular Santok knife is too hefty to handle. I also have carpel tunnel due to excessive typing. I own a Zwilling regular knife but I never used it because of the problems indicated above. I bought this a while ago and finally, I tested it out for cooking for the lunar new Year. OMG. Fantastic. I used this knife for everything, from fish, to meat to winter melon. It cuts so beautifully like figure skating. Now I really enjoy cooking again with this new tool.
