The bags I order are used for ordinary household vacuuming. The bags are excellent for this purpose. ------------------------------------------ But I have a problem ordering them from your website. You do not give any choices for what kind of shipping you will use, but WE CUSTOMERS PAY for the shipping. I want your website to offer more choices, and include the shipping cost with each choice. If you gave free shipping, then my complaint completely disappears, but since you charge for shipping, I insist that you give me control of the shipping - - what shipper, and what particular shipper option. ======================= Twice now youi shipped bags to me, which I ordered from Hoover.com. You shipped them by FedEx and FedEx passed the bag package to Phoenix SmartPost. Our package eas excessively delayed, because SmartPost in Phoenix basically sat on them and did nothing with them. Phoenix SmartPost is incompetent. Phoenix is not very far away from where I live. The overall package shipment, both times, made me very angry, even though I liked the bags when they finally arrived. ========================= I was not angry with Phoenix SmartPost ========================= I was angry instead with how the Hoover.COM website user interface has been implemented. ========================= The next time I need to order Hoover bags, I will try using Hoover.Com . . . BUT . . . if I do not see the changes in your website, which I am suggesting above, I will empty my shopping cart and try to buy them somewhere else. --------------------------------------------

The Hoover products are great. I have been a Hoover customer longer than I would want to mention! What sets products a part, in my opinion, is customer service. My last experience in ordering products has assured I will continue to be a Hoover customer for a long time to come. Thank you!
