[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bags are fine the belt appears to slip a great deal even after I adjusted for carpet height I need to get some spare belts I can smell rubber burning. May need info on some belts or perhaps you send me a spare

It took FedEx 16 days just to pick up part of the order and it is estimated it may take them to the end of the month to deliver them.
