Replacement worked flawlessly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the first monitor, but it would not connect to my MacBook using the usb-c cable. It kept connecting and disconnecting repeatedly.
Spoke to Samsung tech, who was patient and helped troubleshoot the problem. In the end, I was given the option to return the product and order a replacement.
Everything went smooth, new monitor connected instantly, and return was prompt as well.
Love the 4k display on 32’ inch screen!!!

Great monitor for variety of uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall quality is great. Color and clarity is like no other monitor in my opinion. I mostly use it for graphic design and similar illustrative purposes and my son plays games with it. Resolution is incredible. I will not buy any other brand.
