Fan does not circulate air. Blades are too flat

I bought this fan for my garage. I’m not happy about it because it does not circuit like the air whoever designed it made the blades too flat and it just spins and and provides very little air circulation. I can’t believe that when they tested this, they didn’t realize that it’s it’s unacceptable really that you’re selling a product like this that doesn’t really work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
