Within 2 weeks the charger that plugs into the pad bent and broke. Absolutely horrible quality. I hope Samsung reads this and sends me a new one because this is a disappointment. They also didn’t clarify before that the charger itself is different and can’t be plugged in to your phone. I’ve tried their other wireless charger and you plug it into your phone as well and the quality of the charger is a lot better as well. Overall the pad is amazing quality and works great, I’m just very disappointed with the charger

I purchase this device thinking I dont really have to worry if the cord is plugged into the phone.. UNFORTUNATELY if you dont place you phone right in the middle of the stand you phone will never charge.. WHT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

HARD TO CONNECT THE USB CHARGING CABLE, SOMESTIMES WON'T CHARGE AND WHEN IT DOES IT CHARGES UNACCEPTABLY SLOW

I bought this charger about a month ago to go with my Samsung Galaxy s9 and I was very disappointed. This charger takes 2 hours or so to charge while my wall charger takes only 2 hour. I spent about 70 on this charger and I rarely use it because it doesnt charge fast at all.

No luck getting this to work on my Samsung s9 plus

I bought this 2 weeks ago with my new phone the Samsung s9 plus. I bought a otter box cover once I put my cover on I could no longer get my phone to charge the charger stops and starts all the while not charging my phone. Took the cover off so it was just my phone on the charger and in 35 minutes it charged my phone 16%!! I returned my wireless charger to the store where they gave me a new one bring it home plug it and it does the exact same thing!! Any suggestions? Could it be my phone? I'm at a loss as to me this is not worth my money when it takes 35 minutes to charge my phone 16%.

My S8+ doesn't fast charge

I have just purchased this product and when my S8+ is connected to it, it doesn't fat charge... it only charges wirelessly...
