Decent charger, Not as fast as cable charging.

It takes 2h 10 mins to full charge my S9+ on this wireless charging pad, while charging via cable takes only 1h 20 mins otherwise, it is a good charger.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was working really good for the first 2 days and then, it went down from there. Charged in like 30 mins to charging fully in 3 hours. i guess it didn't live up to its expectations .
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, doesnt charge fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sadly, I try to stick with OEM products but had a feeling I should have purchased other than OEM.
This charger is absolutely disappointing while in the case, any of the 3 cases I own.
To be able to depend on the charger, I must remove the case. If not, it may start to charge but at some point will disconnect and leave me with a drained phone.
For the price, Samsung could make this charger a bit more powerful.

Yes, this is an excellent wireless charger. It has the indicator lights, it has the fan to keep the phone cool, and all of the really important stuff. But... There is NOTHING IN THE TINY LITTLE INSTRUCTION BOOK THAT DESCRIBES WHAT THE COLORS AND ACTIONS OF THE INDICATOR LIGHT INDICATE. I plunked my Note 8 on it, and it showed a RED color -- RED MEANS SOMETHING IS WRONG, RIGHT??? So, I looked in the manual -- AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE INDICATOR LIGHT WHATSOEVER, except for a little diagram that points out that it is, indeed, an indicator light. WAKE UP, WHOEVER AT SAMSUNG ISN'T DOING YOUR JOB! AND WAKE UP, IF THERE IS ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION WHO HAS ANY JOB SIMILAR TO PROOFREADING YOUR INSTRUCTION MANUALS!
Even worse, you absolutely, positively cannot possibly find a copy of the little "instruction" manual anywhere on Samsung's entire web site. I'm sorry, but I expect far better than this from an alleged world leader in this kind of technology. Also, EVERY OTHER SAMSUNG WIRELESS CHARGER I HAVE EVER USED SHOWED A BLUE COLOR FOR "CHARGING," AND A GREEN COLOR FOR "CHARGED." WHY ON EARTH CHANGE THE "CHARGING" COLOR TO "RED?" Once again, it shows that someone at Samsung just decided to stop thinking about how a product like this should work, and how the documentation should be written and provided.
Otherwise, though, I think this is better than the older "convertible" stand, which, due to the "rounded" shape of the surface you place your phone against, made it actually a bit difficult to get a phone properly seated on the thing. This one has a proper, flat surface to place your phone against, and that's essentially why I spent more money to get a new one. In the end, I'm not going to take a star or two off on my rating for this charger just because some of the people at Samsung have been sleeping on the job -- this is probably as competent as any wireless charging stand can get at this point, and better than what anyone else has been doing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Fast Charger!

I purchased this charger about a month ago. I Love It! It is so easy to use, It even works with my Otterbox Defender Case on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Active Phone. I would defiantly recommend purchasing this Item.
