Faulty battery

In order to fix it, I'll have to be without my phone for 1 week, and my phone is my business. 😓

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. We also offer Samsung Care+ that can be added to eligible devices that would offer you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Samsung Care+ is great to have for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your phone behind on the train, having it stolen, dropping your device in a pool, or dropping it and shattering the screen. We even have over 700 authorized repair locations nationwide to take your device to be repaired which helps you get back to doing what you love most in life. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with your repair needs, if you prefer to make an appointment with them. If your Galaxy phone is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Take a look at, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" when you have some time to conduct a few simple troubleshooting steps that may help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. All-round phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have the s21 ultra and made the switch to the s24 ultra! The camera is noticeably better as I love taking photography around my town, my car, and my family. Photos are more clear and pop out way more. The zoom is another plus as I can take photos of things far away I normally could not with any other phone.
I use the phone for gaming aswell; It doesn't get too hot considering I play heavy games on it. The graphics, how smooth and has an extremely responsive screen, the phone in games is absolutely amazing and makes my gaming experience so much better.
The S-Pen Experience: The S-pen that comes with the s24 is a cool feature to have, as I'm in college and have taken many notes. The s24 ultra also connects to my laptop allowing me to multi-task between my samsung laptop and the s24 ultra which makes for a wonderful experience for college students.
It has an amazing battery life, considering I heavily use it all day I never run out of battery, and for days that I don't use it as heavily, I could go 2 days without charging the phone.
This phone absolutely rocks everywhere and I'm glad I made the switch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The usage of my device is mostly for music and gaming. But the call and sound is amazing. I also enjoy and use pdf files . I watch movies on it a lot and play games. And furthermore. With the styles. It is basically like a remote for movies. I do also draw on my phone due to having the styles 🙃. I also use the Samsung fit. Smart watch. And bean headphones.
