I absolutely LOVE my new phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Galaxy S24 Ultra & I had the Galaxy S21 FE5G. There's so many cool features on it that it will take me a lil while to learn it all. It's most definitely a huge upgrade & Im so happy I got it. I can't wait to get into the A.I. & see what that's all about. I use my phone to stream music, surf the web & to shop & so far this phone has made the process of things so much easier. I really love the S pen & the way u can write with it. In my opinion this is one of the best phones out right now hands down! It's definitely my Favorite Phone & MOST DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!

Not as great as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got it, one of my game apps I use all of the time would crash on me daily. I don't think the camera is as good as I expected either. Now, when I get a pop up to update and app it just spins and I have to actually go into the app store to type it in to find the app in order to up date it.

Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help. Take a moment to review, "App is crashing or not working on Samsung phone or tablet" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your apps. Your Galaxy S24 Ultra’s camera is the first Galaxy smartphone to come equipped with the Quad Tele system. With the Quad Tele system, users can take clearer, crisper photos in the optical zoom range they typically use. Even when shooting in digital zoom ranges, users can get more detailed photos and videos than before thanks to AI Zoom solution, based on the new ProVisual engine. In addition to zoom, the powerful ProVisual engine upgrades high resolution, Nightography and Super HDR photos. Were you aware that your device uses AI throughout many apps? For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. Generative Edit uses AI to fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. If you choose to do so, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI. So for everyone who says upgrading from the S23U to the S24U is a minor upgrade and that S23U owners should just keep it because it's not that big of a difference... You are wrong! I loved my S23U but the S24U is far superior in so many ways. The streamlined, sleek, new modern design shows that the Ultra is finally all grown up. Gone is the not so edgy curve. The Design is gorgeous in every way. The titanium green is subtle and beautiful. The display? My God. Breathtaking. Can see so clearly in full sun and the anti-glare screen is genius. The battery is wonderful. The processor is snappy without a single delay I have witnessed. To those trash talking the camera... I took a picture of the moon that people don't believe for a second I took with a phone. It's like looking through a telescope. It could be published. There's always gonna be haters and yeah if I were more patient I probably should have waited for the S25U. I have zero regrets pulling the trigger. I got an unbelievable deal with a trade in and honestly couldn't be happier. I smile everytime I look at it or pick it up. It's brilliant. Way to knock it out of the park SAMSUNG. A wonderfully sculpted work of art that I'm very proud to have in my pocket. Even prouder to have sitting on my desk. Thank you!!!

Even coming from an S23 Ultra, this definitely feels like a solid upgrade. Pictures are sharper, especially low light shots. Battery life is far better, with easily 3 more hours of screen on time on a charge. The screen is even brighter and more vibrant, especially since there's almost no glare, even in direct sunlight. All in all, it's a great phone!
