This product has features that I didn't imagine

Best phone I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Galaxy s24 Ultra is by far the best phone that I have ever owned. The battery life is phenomenal, and that's without sacrificing any usability or performance. The screen is very nice, with the colors really bright and vivid. The Galaxy AI features are really nice, and I am still learning how to really take advantage of them. I truly love this phone. I upgraded from an s22 Ultra, and the difference is night and day. I get nearly two days of battery life with this phone. My s22 would need to be charged 3 or 4 times just to get anywhere close. I fully intend to keep this phone for several years, and I really think I'll be happy with it for that long.

A little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 1st I LOVED my s24 ultra!! The S pen is awesome and gets lots of use. Now that Galaxy AI is here,it's even more awesome with all the things you can do with it- draw,sketch,add things to pics,etc. Another thing I love is the camera. Its vivid and bright! Pictures all look amazing with it. The night time feature is extremely useful as well.
Now to the disappointing part. "Moisture or foreign object detected" has constantly been popping up on my less than a year old phone. There is no moisture or anything foreign. I've cleaned it time after time as well as performed all kinds of ways to fix it but yet it's still happening and I then have to charge it wirelessly. Sometimes,it won't even be plugged in when the notification pops up. And sometimes it'll go away that day and other times,It'll annoy me for a week. My husbands s24+ is also doing the very same thing! I dont know if its a bug,software glitch,bad sensor,high humidity where I live or what but I wish it would act right. Before it started,I really enjoyed my s24 ultra and would say it's definitely worth it. Now,I'm pretty much being forced to file an insurance claim & hope for the best or get a new phone. Que the violin & sad music...

Galaxy S24 Ultra, the best phone

Artificial intelligence, which includes, exceeds my expectations, And I have not yet mentioned the camera. It is spectacular.

Love My Phone

I never have an issue with my phone or when it updates. Everything works beyond my expectations. I love that it's a slim device, the pen, and "GalaxyAI" features are great. I do have one thing I don't like, and that is they don't offer their phones in various colors. Ex. Lilac, pink, aqua, etc...
