Easy to use and upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a devoted Note Series user and resisted upgrading after it was discontinued. However, I found the transition to the S23 and S24 Ultra to be seamless and very easy. I have had issues with most AI upgrades I didn't like either the Google or the Samsung AI upgrades however I was thankful that Samsung made their Galaxy AI upgrade somewhat optional so that it didn't inconvenience me I was still able to adjust the settings and use my phone as I always had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features this phone brings improved the quality of life from daily use. Features like screen search where you can look up anything that is currently on your screen has made my life way easier. From not having to go back an forth from apps to type a code or look up a name all I got to do is hold the home button and copy and paste from screen search. Another feature that I like is the improvements to photo editing. If there is something in the photo I do not like for example a trash can I can use the AI feature to remove it without making the photo look worse for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will definitely continue to use Samsung phones with Android operating systems. I loved my phone till the update that requires me to swipe down then another swipe to get to my notifications. This update is very frustrating, I am all about quick and ease of use. My phone can do so much, more then I could ever use. I use more Grok then Galaxy Ai but I have been open to working with other options. I am having a difficulty with getting calls to come through while on wifi calling but trying to work through it.
