They've been more helpful with both their suggestions and finding. I stream on a monetized Youtube channel, and its really saved me time. Time is currency. So any time I don't need to spend on work can be spent where it truly matters. My family and friends.

I love the pen included with this device. I often use it along with the AI features on this phone to search for products, edit pics, and even to make my groceries list.

Glitchy Glitch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im definitely a fan of Samsung, however, my phone has definitely been glitchy. I would start off saying, when i select a certain ringtone and sound for texts. Itll work for a few days then it automatically defaults to the basic sound. I constantly have to re enter that. Scrolling up and down freezes from time to time. Sometimes I'm unable to click on a tab for some unknown reason but after a reboot it fixes that. Receiving calls have been odd. Sometimes ppl sound like a robot, i blamed it on others for a while but this happens periodically with other callers. They hear me fine most of the times. With this new update, its been difficult to read my text and raise the brightness, at the same time because now when i swipe down itll be notifications, and then i have to keep swiping down all over the screen until that flashlight, brightness options appears. Its annoying. This phone hasn't been one of my favorites but the battery is amazing, great photo options. It definitely has quality!
