Back lighting to bright

The screen brightness to bright even with the eye comfort on its not yellow like the s23 it's to bright hurts my eyes and if you try to turn it down it only goes from white to completely dark. It's so bad I went back to the s23. And the feel of the phone it just not the same.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Your Galaxy S24 Ultra has various display settings available to allow you to adjust the screen brightness according to lighting conditions or personal preference. For instance, dark mode allows you to switch to a darker theme to keep your eyes more comfortable at night, darkening white or bright screens and notifications. From Settings, tap Display for the following options: * Light: Apply a light color theme to your device (default). * Dark: Apply a dark color theme to your device. * Dark mode settings: Customize when and where Dark mode is applied. - Turn on as scheduled: Configure Dark mode for either Sunset to sunrise or Custom schedule. For screen brightness: From Settings, tap Display. > Customize options under Brightness: * Drag the Brightness slider to set a custom brightness level. * Tap Adaptive brightness to automatically adjust the screen brightness based on the lighting conditions. - Tap Extra brightness to increase the maximum brightness. This uses more battery. You can also adjust screen brightness from the Quick settings panel. Eye comfort shield may help you sleep better and reduce eye strain. You can set a schedule to automatically turn this feature on and off. From Settings, tap Display > Eye comfort shield, and then tap to enable this feature. > Tap an option to customize: * Adaptive: Automatically adjust your screen’s color temperature based on your usage patterns and the time of day. * Custom: Set a schedule for when Eye comfort shield should be enabled. - Tap Set schedule and choose Always on, Sunset to sunrise, or Custom. - Drag the Color temperature slider to set the opacity of the filter. * Enhanced comfort: Adjust color tones and contrast of the display for more comfortable viewing. Size does Matter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a fan of big phones. I had the first and 2nd Note, but wasn't impressed with any other Note till the 20 Ultra came out. I purchased it without hesitation. I wasn't impressed with the S22 ultra and to be honest, only purchased the S23 Ultra so that I could trade it in for the 24 Ultra. I am so happy with my purchase. Sure, I wish Samsung would go back to a 6.9" screen or bigger, but if you're a fan of big phones like me, the 24 Ultra is the best out there.

I can get down to the tiniest details. I highly recommend getting the S24 Ultra. I have used the AI for a few different things. It really comes in handy. It works great with my Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Watch 4

Everything you can ask for and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for a few games that are very demanding and it powers through without a problem. I use it for work, I do my homework and classes on zoom, and I also use it to remotely view my computers and/or practice some coding that I've learned. The AI features are all fantastic, but my favorite two are circle to search (so I can get the answers to "what kind of dog is that" or "is this poisonous" or anything else using pictures AND words), and also chat assist that I can change anything I want into more formal writing when I want to sound professional, or Shakespearean when I want a good laugh.

No charger included

I am unhappy with the price point especially since it does NOT include a charger for the device or even headphone's.
Granted its been years since I previously upgraded my phone.

Great phone, but...

This looks and acts like a high-end phone. So far there is only one negative. The charger/data cable is not compatible with either charging block I have, both of which are Samsung products.
I would recommend this to a friend!
