This phone has fantastic features, camera and help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostley use my S24 Ultra for streaming and pictures along with connecting to my PC making it possible to do PC stuff and messaging on Whatsapp and Samsung Messages all at the same time and having two screens on my PC, messages are done on the 2nd monitor while I do my PC on the main monitor. I also pipe music from my phone to my PC.

Great before system upgrade after not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lost access to so many apps, I just stopped using them or bothering to look for a comparabl alternative. It also would have been nice to receive a suggestion of some sort to advise doing a full backup before OS upgrade was set to force installation. There was no effort to make clear that this upgrade was going to be almost completely different than the typical update

Phone easy to navigate, clear photos, great update

I use to pay bills, scroll multiple social media
I love the dual screen feature
Picture quality is amazing and videos have great clarity.
I play one game in particular, Lilly's Garden and it always keeps me up to date with the new versions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 ultra is my favorite samsung phone I've ever owned. I love the design, the screen, the software. Just everything. I use it daily for everything and hasn't let me down. I own a galaxy z fold 6 as well but can't stay away from my S24U. I actually use Galaxy AI more than I thought I would, so consider that the cherry on top. All in all, an outstanding device and I recommend it even with the S25 series out in the wild.
