I love the camera and the screen

The main reason for purchasing this phone was it's unprecedented image qualities doing pictures and videos. Now the camera does not work and you cannot take videos on it and I'm not sure why and I've searched and done everything I've tried resetting my phone completely to factory and nothing worked. Very disappointed.

I love the S24 Ultra Call Assist amazing feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my S24 Ultra, it's AI features are fun snd interestingto use. The AI Call Assist is amazing for talking with someone who speaks a different language than me, live translate is a really cool feature.
Beyond calls, the ability to use AI for different types of messages has been the feature I've used the most, I just push the stars on my keyboard and I can use my AI assistant to help me with crafting professional emails, sending heartfelt messages, and great comeback jokes, the S24 Ultra emhelps me better express my ideas without breaking a sweat.
As for entertainment, the size of the screen is a huge bonus! With its beautiful display and larger size, streaming movies becomes a cinematic experience, and gaming feels immersive and exhilarating.
The S24 Ultra blends smart functionality with incredible design, making it an outstanding choice for those who want a device that's is versatile.
I am really enjoying my S24 Ultra but I am very intrigued by thr S25 Ultra that offers seamless actions across apps the ability to ask the S25 Ultra voice assistant to "Find, Crab Fried Rice near me and text those places to Joseph." Sounds like an amazing feature I could really use on a day to day basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the S21 Ultra and absolutely loved it. This S24 Ultra is a HUGE upgrade. The battery life is incredible. The speed of swapping between apps and windows is super snappy. The network capabilities are far and wide. The screen is vivid and bright. I love the fact that Samsung went back to a flat screen instead of the curved edges and is way more compatible with screen protectors. Amazing phone all around.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra – Worth Every Penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the S24 Ultra for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, I’m blown away. The first thing I noticed is how premium it feels — the titanium frame gives it a solid, high-end vibe without feeling too heavy.
The display is absolutely gorgeous. It's super bright, colors pop like crazy, and the 120Hz makes everything buttery smooth. I use my phone a lot for videos and gaming, and this thing handles it all effortlessly.
The camera setup is incredible — especially the zoom! I took some moon shots just for fun, and they came out crazy good. Low-light performance is much better too. I feel like I don’t even need to carry around my DSLR anymore.
Battery life is impressive. I easily get a full day even with heavy use. Charging is fast enough, though I do wish it was a bit quicker.
And the new AI features? Surprisingly useful. I didn’t think I’d use them much, but “Circle to Search” and the live translation feature have come in handy more than once.
Overall, this phone just feels like the best Android experience you can get right now. Pricey? Yes. But if you’re someone who uses your phone a lot and wants the best of everything — this is it.
