not very intuitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still learning to use this device. I loved my note 8 and would have kept it if it could go 5g. All the hype about the phone being faster, I've not noticed any difference. I'm finding it hard to figure out, Note 8 was easier. The telephoto max 50x, it's all hype, grainy pictures. Night photos are the only improved thing I've noticed. For this much mo ney, I should have been impressed, not disappointed.

It's awesome. 120hz at 1400p. Something my note 20 ultra couldn't do. More higher brightness is awesome because I work outside and it's incredible using the phone at it's maximum brightness without losing too much battery life

I dont find nothing so Amazing about this phone i traded my Motorola Razr plus 2023 and i seen more exciting thing on that phone than this S24 Ultra ,Samsungs trys to control everything on this phone n i dont even understand half of there stuff i dont see anything so great about the camera! And this letting charge my phone to 80% to protect my battery but the battery drains quick dont understand it im not a gamer or do to much on my phone

S23ultra to s24 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone freezes regularlu since the day i unboxed it. Overall, the phone has not been any different from the S23 Ultra. The camera seems to be a step below the s23. More over, there seems to be a lag in all the applications.
The nfc also has issues sometimes and restarting the phone helps.

Great product

Playing games like pubg to watching videos like TikTok and YouTube has no problem, and the battery life is very good that it lasted me very long while gaming compared to my previous device. The screen was great and I was surprised how good the camera was when I took a picture zooming in from far away. Overall I'm satisfied with the product and the details of it.

Good overall phone but Horrible Wi-Fi speed issue

I owned almost every galaxy note and now the S ultra models because I change my phone every year. I like the S24 ultra new screen it is strong and the antiglar is awesome. I like the new AI features to edit photos, search and transcript recordings. I don't like the downgraded camera with less zoom power. That's all fine but the only issue I have that is absolutely not acceptable is the low speed Wi-Fi connection. I have a 1GB fiber internet and this phone only connect at 3 or 4 MB to my Wi-Fi. I was hoping it is just a software issue the will be fix with an update but so far no fix. Samsung want me to send the phone to be fixed for a few week and leave me with no phone. Now, I wish I returned the phone within the time period but it was difficult because I traded in my S23 ultra. I recommend that you avoid this phone

For me, this is the complete phone. I've tried the Z Flip 6, Z Fold 6, OnePlus 12, and Pixel 9 Pro XL. I keep coming back to the S24 Ultra because it represents the complete package for cell phones...amazing screen, hardware, software, and battery life as well as a built-in stylus. I also believe that DEX is way underrated as it essentially turns your phone into a laptop.
