Great quality for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually do a lot of research when I buy a TV, therefore, this product stood up for me because it has great quality and specs, and the price is absolutely awesome. I’m super happy with the picture and the sound. is also great.  I do believe this is the best deal on the market right now. Additionally, is very light and he was easy to install it in my house.

All around perfectly smart TV!

This Philips 50” Class Roku 4K QLED TV is incredible! It weighed about 20 pounds out of the box and fit perfectly on an existing wall mount. Power it up, download the Roku app, and select which apps and streaming services you want to transfer. Within minutes, set up is complete. The functions are simple to operate and it is easy to navigate between apps or channels. The picture quality is crystal clear and colors are vibrant. The sound is also excellent and it has 4 HDMI ports, which is helpful for connecting multiple gaming devices or other components. The smart TV functionality is what I enjoy most since my previous TV did not have this. I am able to watch all of my favorite streaming services or mirror images from my phone. This is a great feature for sharing photos on a large screen. My husband enjoys watching sporting events and the players look so realistic in 4K. This Philips 50” Class Roku 4K QLED TV has been a welcome addition in our home and I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new TV! The price point is incredible for such a quality product.

Crisp, clear image with all of our apps in one spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up the Roku TV was incredibly easy except that we needed to get screws for it to be compatible with our TV hanger. It's nice having all of our apps all in one spot and we love having a single remote. The image is crisp and clear and incredibly bright. I had to turn down the brightness to make it more comfortable for my eyes.

Very good picture for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I must say that navigating the Roku apps and settings on the Philips 7973 series QLED TV is a breeze. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to find and enjoy your favorite content without any hassle.
One thing that truly stands out about this TV is the stunning picture quality. The colors are vibrant and everything looks bright and beautiful on the screen. However, I did encounter a minor issue when I connected my PC via HDMI. The colors appeared washed out, and no adjustments in the picture settings seemed to fix it. Thankfully, after some exploration in the main menu settings, I found the 'HDMI mode' option and switched it to 'Standard' with 'low latency' turned on, which resolved the problem and restored the picture to its normal quality.
In terms of audio, I was pleasantly surprised by the TV's built-in speakers. Unlike many other TVs, the sound quality is actually quite good. Whether I was watching movies or listening to music, the sound was clear and immersive.
Another feature that I appreciate is the TV's slightly elevated position. It gives the TV a unique look and enhances the viewing experience, especially when placed on a TV stand or mounted on the wall.
Lastly, I was delighted to find a headphone jack on this TV. It's a small detail, but it's worth mentioning because not all TV sets include this feature. It allows for private listening without disturbing others, which can be quite convenient.
Overall, the Philips 7900 series QLED TV with Roku has impressed me with its easy navigation, stunning picture quality (once the HDMI mode was adjusted to 'Standard' with 'low latency' turned on), good sound output, and thoughtful design elements like the elevated position and inclusion of a headphone jack. Surprisingly Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical from the start, thinking to myself that a free 50” 4K TV probably. Wasn’t going to be of the highest quality. As someone who has consistently purchased Samsung televisions, I wasn’t expecting much from this TV. However, after turning it on and hooking it up to both cable and my PS5, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The TV was easy to set up, and I was surprised at the picture quality given the price point. Nice brightness and a very clear picture. The PS 5 games looked great. The sound quality could be improved, but that can remedied with a good sound bar. I liked having Roku built into the TV, which allowed me to access all my streaming platforms easily with little lag. Overall, this is a great TV for the price and holds up to more familiar brands in the price point, such as LG.

Affordable but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s decent for the price - but for a 4K QLED I would expect the image to be a lot better. I cant deny that my 55” HiSense Roku was around the same price (I think I paid around $300 in 2022), had the same menu/capabilities, was larger, and the picture was definitely clearer. My other TV is a 65” Samsung OLED (MUCH more expensive, around $1800) and has great picture quality that is comparable to my HiSense.
Overall, It’s not BAD tv, but by no means has “deeper blacks, brighter whites and unbelievably vibrant colors” like described.
I think this is a good, affordable option for someone that either:
1. Doesn’t notice (or care) about crystal clear picture quality
2. Isn’t very tech savy and wants an easy to use Smart/Roku TV.
Overall, It’s not BAD tv, but by no means has “deeper blacks, brighter whites and unbelievably vibrant colors” like described.
I think this is a good, affordable option for someone that either:
1. Doesn’t notice (or care) about crystal clear picture quality
2. Isn’t very tech savy and wants an easy to use Smart/Roku TV.

Great Value, Top Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television was so good that we returned our 65” LG QLED! Superb sound and picture quality. It’s fast, good size, connects to wifi. I also loved apple airplay features. Remote is unique with volume buttons on side and light weight.
