Hammock arrived quickly, nice quality HOWEVER the hanging kit that was suppose to be included is MISSING. Why is that, Sunnydaze? When I purchased the hammock, screenshot available, it said "hanging kit included". Please respond and don't just delete my review

We bought this one after our old one (different brand) broke. This is super comfortable and I like the look of it.
