Overall, a good value, but quality in workmanship and shipping needs attention

The item arrived earlier than expected - great! I like it a lot, but have only had it up for 2 days. Some negatives: The box was crushed at the top and sloppily wrapped in a lot of cheap tape. The company should consider re-boxing or asking their supplier to use better quality shipping materials. Fortunately, all the small parts were enclosed in a small box inside the larger box, so I was relieved about that. One of the tubes/poles that make up the hammock was defective - out of shape and difficult to put in-place. I knew that the part could be bent a little to fit; that a sledge-hammer would allow it to fit regardless of the defect. Had I not asked a capable man to assist me in the assembly (I am a widow living alone), this review would have been 1-star and the hammock base - and hammock - would be on it’s way back. To Sunnydaze.

Great Multi-Use Heavy Duty Hammock Stand

I bought this hammock stand for my husband as a Valentines Day gift and he loves it! Lightweight, sturdy, easy to put together and very very simple to hang any size hammock (we have 3). He moves it around our back yard to enjoy the shade and keep an eye on our boxer puppy (she loves it too). We couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Solid, Sturdy Hammock Stand

We had a cheaper smaller hammock stand that was starting to rust after being in the elements a few years. After looking for a strong sturdy hammock that would comfortably hold our two person hammock, we found this one. Assembly was easy, I did need a second person for a couple things, but it was easy to do. Our two person hammock fits perfectly. It comes with parts that allow you to lower the hammock if needed. I believe this is a hammock stand that is going to last my family for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the pieces were packaged securely, the instructions were easy to understand. One piece would not fit together and we noticed it was slightly bent. We fixed it ourselves with common household tools. It assembled in minutes and we love it.
