Sanity in an insane world

Having this hammock as my own little retreat on my balcony has made all the difference in keeping me sane during a pandemic. I may not be able to do my usual travel but I can take little mini-vacations and relax.

Love is swinging in a hammock

We don’t have two mature trees close enough to hang a hammock on. This stand solved the problem. The only thing I’d change is I’d add a better coating to it because we already see rust and the feet leave stains on our pavers so we have had to McGuyver it.

I'm in LOVE

Frame: Sunnydaze bronze finish. This sturdy hammock stand is rated for 550 lb. It matches my table and chairs, fits on my deck, was super easy to assemble, came with all the hardware I needed and pairs nicely with a Sunbrella 2-person hammock! Serenity Health kept me updated on the arrival date and it was delayed and then showed up sooner than expected. I expect to spend many spring, summer and fall afternoons lazing, dozing, and swinging in my new hammock - I've been wanting one for years and finally splurged for a Mother's Day gift for myself.

Poor quality frame for the price.

The frame was difficult to assemble. The connections and holes didn’t line up well. I had to use my body as a wedge to widen the end legs in order to match the width of the support bars. Two of the locking mechanisms broke during assembly so the frame comes apart when we move it.

Heavy Duty Steel Frame Hammock

This frame was well made and easy to put together. It held my husband and I without any problems. It is very light weight and yet very strong. I would recommend it to a friend without hesitation. I would also buy it again... if I decide to have two hammocks.
