I bought this about about a year ago on the recommendation of a friend. I liked the weight of the light and thought it would be perfect for walking my dog at night. It's too big and heavy for a pocket and thought I would put it on a strap but there is no where to attach it. Alo the material conducts the cold and that was uncomfortable all winter. The light was good and strong. The batteries started to wear down and so I went and got new ones. They were the wrong size. There is a battery pack and so you need all aa's. Six of them. I had some here At the house and noneof them worked. I bought all new batteries. Still nothing. It does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an amazing flashlight! It is so bright, and the adjustable beam allows me to pinpoint a small area, or to light a much larger area. I like this light so much that I will be buying another one!

My battery was in my HP550 was frozen inside the cylinder of the flashlight and I couldn’t remove it. I called the company and told customer service my problem and, with no questions asked, he sent my a new G450 version. Great flashlight. Thank you.
